Operstead
TENERIFE · HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS

Connect every step after the booking.

Operstead builds focused operational software for property managers, boutique accommodation, venues and experience businesses in Tenerife. We connect the systems you already use so payments, access, guest communication and back-office work move as one process.

01 / THE PROBLEM

More bookings should not create more administration.

Hospitality teams often accumulate useful tools one at a time: a website or channel manager for reservations, payment links, a smart-lock application, email templates, WhatsApp, spreadsheets for housekeeping and a separate accounting process. Each tool may work, yet the gaps between them remain manual.

A reservation changes, but the access message still shows the old date. A payment arrives, but someone must copy it into another system. Housekeeping learns about an early arrival through a chat message. Owners ask for a report that requires several exports. These are workflow problems rather than website problems.

Operstead acts as the operational layer around the systems already in place. We begin with a specific journey—from enquiry or reservation through payment, access, service delivery and reporting—and remove the hand-offs that create repeated work or avoidable errors.

Who this is for

  • Property managers coordinating multiple apartments or villas
  • Boutique hotels and aparthotels with owner-led operations
  • Coliving, coworking and serviced-accommodation businesses
  • Golf, wellness, leisure and bookable venues
  • Excursion, rental and experience operators with manual booking administration
02 / EXAMPLE FLOW

One reservation. One connected flow.

The exact integrations depend on the business. A sprint might connect a direct enquiry form to a payment workflow, generate access codes only after payment, notify housekeeping of changes, or prepare accounting-ready exports. The goal is not to impose a universal platform. It is to build the smallest complete system that removes a measurable operational cost.

How the project starts

We map the current journey with the people who actually perform it. Together we identify where data is retyped, where decisions wait, and where the team lacks visibility. The first proposal defines what is included, what remains outside scope, the systems involved and the test that proves the workflow is ready.

03 / WHY OPERSTEAD

Built for daily use, not a demonstration.

Operational software becomes part of the working day. That requires more than an attractive interface. Roles, permissions, privacy, exception handling, audit history, backups and support responsibility need to be understood from the beginning.

Operstead is a small European team. Clients work directly with senior people who map and build the system. The client owns the agreed source code and data. Documentation, hosting choices and ongoing care are defined before launch, not discovered after it.

Planning a Tenerife project? Bring the tools you currently use and one workflow that creates repeated work. We will tell you whether a focused connection is worthwhile.

Which hand-off costs your team the most time?

Show us the current process. We will map a practical first release around the tools that should stay.
